hello and welcome this forum is all about what we can do for ourselves for fitness and health in mind and body.with the new year comes new hope in wanting self improvement on a fitness level.this can be done through a new fitness awareness or by getting our minds in a more positive frame of mind,its all about knowledge and education.we can improve ourselves from a basic level of fitness to a more positive feeling of wellness, this makes us happier as individuals .
How To Start
First things first is the commitment to a healthier lifestyle,beginning with evaluating the lifestyle with which we wish to loose.for example if you have a bottle of wine every evening reduce this to the weekends ,the same goes for the takeaways.if your in the process of giving up smoking then making the effort to go for a walk twice a week ,these are some of the small things that can make a difference .its all about making small steps to success.
Moving On
keeping the momentum going is the hard part its easy to put our feet up and do nothing after a hard days work we make the excuse that we have had a hard days work and we do not need to exercise. this may well be however if we make the effort to put ourselves out even twice a week for recreational fitness,then the mind becomes more focused .Also with the focus comes the body's ability to become fitter,it does not take a lot to see the difference.

Education is the key get involved in a health and fitness enviroment buy a dvd try something new make the difference to your life,once you have the motivation and the confidence you will notice how it makes you feel .
